Shipping Information
We ship via either UPS or the US Postal Service.
Shipping charges are included when you finalize your order.
Please note that we do not ship rush orders. It can take up to 5 days to ship regular items, and custom items may take longer. We keep a certain inventory on hand, but when items have to be made up there is hand work involved. For example, when a box is made up, the tile adhesive takes 1 day to set before the silicone seal is applied around the tile, which also takes 1 day to set. This is all in addition to custom work such as cropping and enhancing photos for printing.
Should you ever need to return something, please notify us via email in advance of sending the item(s). The easiest way to do this is to go to the Contact Us link at the top of every Outlet page, then fill out the form and send it.
